for the last year (just over) i have been plagued by panic attacks - often not connected with stress. stress was of course what started it all off last july but since then its been much more indiscriminate.

what can sometimes start off as just a shiver becuase the temperature has dropped slightly can have me end up in a shivvering nauseus wreck. i try breathing, i try drinking (water) ive tried st john’s wort. all to no avail. it is not half past 1 in the morning and i’m unable to sleep because my heart is racing and pounding its way out of my chest. not that my heart and lungs are particularly strong - but thats a whole other story.

a general background hum of anxiety tends to have other effect aside from panic. i have extreme lethergy at times and then flipping to hyperactivity. i am intensely bored t times and at others i concentrate so hard on the tinest of things at the expense of all else around me.

i feel i’m going nuts - am i ?

I’ve been a delegate for various colleagues down the years and have collected a fair old list of shortcuts to their outlook inboxes because of this.

Microsoft being Microsoft they dont ask you if you want this facility but fair enough it is useful while you have it.

Until that is you are no longer someone’s delegate whether your relationship changes or they leave etc. how do you remove the shortcuts to deadlinks

You have to search for a registry key in base64 and delete one or more binary entries within that key
